5/15/2012-- Weekend Wrap Up.
Spring season came to a close this weekend for many of the Tides age groups. 11u lost two great games against the Mustangs, showing great improvement since the beginning of the season. 9u defeated the Seadogs in game 1 of the Baseball Heaven Spring League Playoffs and dropped game 2 to the #1 seeded MLI Phantoms. The double elimination playoffs will continue this upcoming weekend. 13u swept the LPD Lightning in 2 outstanding games. Please keep in mind summer practice begin this week the schedule is listed below!

5/7/2012-- Weekend Wrapup
Congratulations goes out to the 14u Tides who swept their doublheader against the Mastic Pirates in convincing fashion as Sean Sinclair and Adam Jacobsen had dominant performances on the mound. 9U split in there doubleheader, with a walkoff single from Ryan Cacopardo in game 2. 12u swept there doublheader, closing out there spring season on a great noteand 13u game back to win game 2 behind a group pitching performance by Charles Platt, Sam Kaplan, and Zach Kalinowski. Great job this weekend!

5/1/2012-- Summer Rosters Being Uploaded.
Summer rosters are being uploaded to the website today! Please check the roster to make sure that your son has been placed on a team. We are looking for a few solid ballplayers to fill out 11u, 12u, 14u, 16u rosters for the upcoming season. Please inquire today!
4/30/2012-- 12U Defeats First Place Jr. Ducks, 13u Takes Care of Business vs. Sharks
Weekend play began whenthe 9u Tides took on the first place Inferno team in a doubleheader. Although, the Tides dropped both games they gave the Inferno all that they could hande and showed great progress as a team. 11u continued to show progress as they played a solid game against the Mattituck Mets in game 2 of the doubleheader. 12U lost in extra innings in game 1 then defeated the first place Long Island Junior Ducks, while the 13u Tides tied the Sharks in game 1 and went on to win game 2 by the score of 10-0.
4/23/2012--Tides Teams Finish Weekend at 3-3
Tides teams finished the weekend with a record of 3-3. The 14u squad swept a doubleheader, behind solid hitting and team pitching improving, 12u split with a tough Riptides team and 11u dropped 2 games to the Bulldogs. Keep up the hard work boys!

4/17/2012-- 12U Notches Win vs. Titans.
Congratulations to the 12u team for notching their first win in 2012 vs. the Long Island Titans. After being down 11-3 the Tides bats got hot, and the boys came back and won 13-11. Great job guys!!

4/3/2012-- Opening Day 2012.
Spring season is underway! Weekend results are as follows. 9u sweeps doubleheader va bellport braves. 11u drops 2 to raiders. 12u loses two tight matchups against warriors and the 13u finishes the weekend with an exciting comeback victory vs the lightning!!
3/26/2012 -- Spring Schedules Released.
Please click on the appropriate link for your teams spring league schedule. All schedules are complete with the exception of 10/11u, that schedule should be completed in the next day or so. Please keep in mind, gametimes are subject to change, from time to time game times and dates change due to reasons that are not under our control.
3/18/2012--Uniforms and Schedules to Be Handed Out Next Week.
Uniforms for all teams will be distritbuted next week at indoor practices as it took some extended time to collect uniform orders from all players. Coaches will be attending a spring scheduling meeting later this week, as soon as schedules have been completed and recieved by our coaching staff they will be sent via email to all players and posted to our website.

3/6/2012-- 15u-18u Players Needed For Summer Seasons!!
The Atlantic Tides are currently seeking a few players to fill out there 15/16u and 17/18u summer teams for the 2012 season. 15/16u will be coached by Ted Kochenmeister, formerly of the San Diego Padres Minor League system. The team will participate in the Baseball Heaven Summer League. 17/18u team will be coached by Brian Glen and Glenn Gibson, formerly of the Washington Nationals. The team will participate in the Town of Brookhaven Weekday Summer League as well as several local competitive tournaments to help generate college exposure. 3/6/2012-- All Spring Rosters Have Been Filled--Uniform Money Due This Week
As the spring season is rapidly approaching we have concluded registration for the following age groups: 9u, 10/11u, 12u, 13u and 14u. All players that will be participating with these age groups has recieved a few emails in the past few days with very important information regarding the season. If you have not yet read the emails, please do so as soon as possible as it it will be nessecary for all players to order and pay for uniforms this week in order to participate in the upcoming seasons.
3/5/2012--- Winter Workouts to Conclude This Week
We are currently entering our 10th and final week of the Atlantic Tides Winter Workout program. The Tides would like to thank all players that were involved in this years winter workouts, as they were a great success. Players that plan to continue with the team throughout the spring, summer and fall will continue with week day practices at All Pro at the same time as winter workouts. All teams will also be participating in outdoor practices/ inter-squad scrimmages on 3/18 and 3/25 at a field and time to be determined.
2/7/2012-- 9U Tides Super Bowl Fundraiser a Great Success.
Over the past month players and parents on the 9u Tides team have worked hard to sell super bowl boxes to help offset the costs of new uniforms. Many parents, friends and family purchased boxes to help the cause! A special thanks goes out to Lisa Federico who put everything together. If there are parents interested in setting up fundraisers for other age groups, please touch base with with Paul at your earliest convenience.
1/18/2012-- Glenn Gibson Named Tides Pitching Coach. Former Minor Leaguer and 4th Round Draft Pick, Glenn Gibson will now be the head pitching instructor for the Tides organization. Glenn will be working with pitchers during the winter workouts, as well as attending many Tides games and practices throughout the 2012 season.
1/18/2012-- Rosters Have Been Posted! As of January 19th all rosters for the upcoming 2012 season have been posted. We are currently building second teams in a few age groups, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested in becoming a Tide! All players that are current members of the Tides should check the team pages to ensure their name is listed with the proper team. If there are any questions or concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
11/16/2011-- 10U/11U, 12U, 13U, 14U Season Details Released.
The Atlantic Tides are proud to announce that season details for the upcoming 2012 seasons have been released. Details have been emailed to all current Tides players and tryout date has been set for December 10th at All Pro at 10am. If you are interested in trying out please contact Paul@atlanticbaseballclub today!! Spots are limited. 10-14u teams will be participating in the PAL Spring League, TOB Summer League and TOB Fall League. Teams will also be participating in winter workouts at All Pro and 2 selected tournaments in 2012.
11/14/2011-- 2012 9U Season Details Released.
We are proud to announce that our 9U team for the upcoming 2012 season will be managed by Paul Gibson Jr. Many of the players from our talented 2011 Fall Team are already set to return and we will be holding player evaluations on December 10th for new players interested in joining the team for next year. The team will be beginning winter workouts in January then proceed to participate in Baseball Heaven Spring League, Town Of Brookhaven Summer League and Baseball Heaven Fall League. We will also be participating in weekly practices as well as selected Baseball Heaven tournaments.
